Objective: At the end of this hands-on coaching, the visionary and the integrator will be able to analyse the impacts of implementing this change, plan the implementation, manage the change to successfully apply the EOS® model in their business.

  • Integrator role and responsibilities in the on EOS process

Objective: At the end of this hands-on coaching, the integrator will be able to successfully apply the EOS® approach in their integrator role.

*Completion of Quick Start is prerequisite or competency evaluation (free)

To Master Integrator role 

Includes: 

  • Assessment (Interview – Kolbe) 
  • Observation of all meeting dynamics by the coach 
  • 6 biweekly 2-hour coaching sessions 
  • Recording of all sessions 
  • Support by email as needed  
  • Best practices and path forward report 

Objective: At the end of this coaching, the Integrator will have set the EOS structure, the relationships and management tools for a successful growth. 

*Completion of EOS Integrator Master program is prerequisite or competency evaluation (free) 

To master the Integrator management and coaching skills necessary to run the business 

Includes:  

  • Assessment  
  • Report: Results, strategies proposed and plan 
  • Total of 100 hours of coaching 
  • Recording of all sessions 
  • Support by email as needed  
  • Best practices and path forward report 

Objective: At the end of this coaching, the Integrator will have successfully established the corporate culture dynamics to consolidate the processes and soft skills necessary to optimize corporate and employee performance and job satisfaction.
