The personal information collected allows SPCTE to open an account in your name, to subscribe to the newsletter, to process your order and to compile statistics.
When you visit spcte.com, only the IP address of your computer is recorded, but it is not linked to any personal data.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address will be kept in the database managed by Mailchimp, in full compliance with the anti-spam law C-28.
Only employees or managers of SPCTE have access to the information you have provided on the site. All personal information collected by SPCTE are backed up in secure locations as well as in controlled servers.
In no case SPCTE shares, sells or rent its subscriber’s list to a third party.
By completing the forms or questionnaires submitted by SPCTE, you agree that this information is used for commercial purposes, under the conditions indicated above. Questionnaires filled out as part of a program purchased by the client remain completely confidential.
